  • โ€ŒProcessing Time:โ€Œ All orders are processed within โ€Œ1-3 business daysโ€Œ (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZST may be processed on the next business day.
  • โ€ŒOrder Confirmation:โ€Œ Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. A second email will be sent with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse at 7 Ballarat Street, Queenstown.

  • โ€ŒCustoms & Import Duties:โ€Œ For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the โ€Œsole responsibility of the customerโ€Œ. KIWI GIFTS LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • โ€ŒCustoms Declarations:โ€Œ All packages will be accurately declared with the full value of the contents as required by international law. We are unable to mark items as “gifts” or underdeclare values.
  • โ€ŒProhibited Items:โ€Œ Customers are responsible for ensuring the items they order comply with their country’s import regulations. We are not liable for items seized by customs.

โ€Œ4. Order Trackingโ€Œ

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.


โ€Œ5. Shipping Address & Correctionsโ€Œ

  • โ€ŒAccuracy is Crucial:โ€Œ Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • โ€ŒAddress Changes:โ€Œ If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us โ€Œimmediatelyโ€Œ at bramble@kiwigiftsltd.com or +64 3 4429055. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute it.

  • โ€ŒIn Transit Issues:โ€Œ If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal depot. If the package appears lost in transit, contact us, and we will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
  • โ€ŒCarrier Liability:โ€Œ KIWI GIFTS LIMITED is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed to the carrier and a delivery confirmation is obtained.
  • โ€ŒDamaged Upon Arrival:โ€Œ If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the delivery driver. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged package and contents so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you promptly.
